Jack Whitehall, a popular English comedian, embarks on a journey with his uptight stuffy 80 year old father Michael, through foreign lands such as South East Asia, Europe and the United States. This travelogue series is bound to make you laugh, whilst exposing you to some unusual, yet unique parts of the world.
Sex Education
Sex Education is a coming of age story about a group of high school teenagers, which revolves around their school and home life, and also their sexual escapades. This brilliant series is certain to bring you constant laughs whilst touching on bold choices of topic matter. Also, it stars Asa Butterfield so who wouldn’t want to watch it!?
Bodyguard
On a more serious note, the Bodyguard is a police political-thriller series which first aired on Netflix in 2018. The series follows heroic, but impulsive war veteran David Budd (who is very dreamy to look at it) and his work as a Specialist Protection Officer for Home Secretary, Julia Montague. If you want to watch a show that’ll get your mind thinking, this is definitely one to pick.
Gossip Girl
I can’t forget to add this classic American teenage drama-romance series. Set in the beautiful Upper East Side of New York City, this series follows the lives of 6 teenagers as they navigate their way through love, high school, family, college and life. Along with all the messy drama, the show’s creators have definitely got you wondering who’s Gossip Girl, the notorious online blogger.

Stranger Things
Last but not least, is Stranger Things. Though I was a bit sceptical at first when told about this series, I can’t recommend it enough! If you’re into sci-fi, horror and drama, this is the show for you. Set in 1983 Indiana, a young boy Will vanishes one night with nowhere to be seen. As his friends, family, and the local police station Sherriff search for him, they discover some terrifying supernatural forces, and secret experiments involving the government. And who can forget the fantastically talented young cast who bring this extraordinary series to life.
